Information we collect

Information you give us: your name, email address, shipping address, phone number (optional), account password (stored in encrypted form), order details, and messages you send us.

Payment information is entered directly with our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, pages viewed, referring pages, and similar usage data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, provide order updates and customer support, operate your account, prevent fraud and misuse, meet legal and tax obligations, understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and — if you opt in — send marketing emails about new products and offers.

Service providers

We share information only as needed with providers who act on our behalf: our database and authentication host (Supabase), our payment processor, our shipping software and carriers (Shippo, USPS, UPS, FedEx), our transactional email provider (Resend), our marketing email provider (Klaviyo, only if you subscribe), and analytics providers (Google Analytics, PostHog). They may use it only to provide their services to us.

Advertising cookies

If we enable advertising tags from Meta or TikTok, those companies may collect information about your visit to measure ads and show you ads on other sites. Under some state laws this counts as "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising. We do not send product-level purchase details to advertising platforms. We do not sell personal information for money.

You can opt out of targeted advertising by emailing support@dreambodi.co with the subject "Opt out", by using your browser's cookie controls, or by turning on Global Privacy Control, which we honor as an opt-out request.

Marketing email

Marketing emails are sent only if you subscribe. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and we process unsubscribes within 10 business days. Order and account emails are sent regardless of your marketing preference.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Email support@dreambodi.co to make a request. We will verify your identity before acting, respond within 45 days, and not treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we decline a request you may appeal by replying to our decision.

Retention

We keep order and tax records for up to seven years to meet legal obligations, account information until you close your account, marketing data until you unsubscribe, and analytics data for up to 26 months.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable service providers to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended only for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and will delete any we learn we have collected.
