Research use only
Unless a product page states otherwise, our products are sold solely for lawful laboratory and in-vitro research by qualified individuals. They are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, and are not intended for human or veterinary use, or to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
By purchasing you represent that you are buying for lawful research purposes; that you will not administer products to humans or animals or use them for therapeutic, diagnostic, food or recreational purposes; that you will handle, store and dispose of them in accordance with applicable law and good laboratory practice; and that you will not resell or redistribute them.
Products labelled "cosmetic grade" are sold as cosmetic ingredients for external use only.
Orders, pricing and availability
Prices are in US dollars. Volume pricing (5% off 3 or more and 10% off 5 or more of the same single-unit product) is applied automatically and does not apply to kits. We may correct errors in prices, descriptions or availability at any time, and may cancel orders placed at an incorrect price with a full refund. We may limit quantities and may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Shipping and refunds
Shipping and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, misuse products, or file chargebacks without first contacting us.
